as a full time video watcher, I saw all these films (at least twice) in full in addition to 300+ movies I watch every year... but did not write the review for blogs... blogging is not for dumping my views in the name of reviews :-)
Anyway, Al Pacino is not a good guy in that 2nd movie, City Hall.
